We've all made mistakes implementing Salesforce at our schools. Maybe you uploaded the wrong data set, deleted a user, or broke an automation that had the Dean running down to your office.

Let's take a few minutes on a Friday to learn from each other's mistakes and laugh a little along the way. Using the OrgConfessions model (https://elements.cloud/confessions/) a few of us will share some of our more ridiculous moments on the platform and what we've learned as a result. We'll also walk through the "Root Cause" analysis from Elements.Cloud to look at common pitfalls for Salesforce admins and developers.
