3:25 PM	Salesforce Field Service, Owen McCabe	Connect your workforce to deliver intelligent and productive onsite service with Field Service Lightning. Improve first-visit resolution and onsite job management using the mobile solution that delivers real-time collaboration with access to job schedules, van inventory, knowledge articles, and more — with or without the internet.

4:30 PM	Networking	Food, Beer and Wine and plenty of time to network and make new connections. We won't shut the doors till 19:00.
