12:00 PM	Registration + Networking	Please arrive with plenty of time to register for a prompt 14:00 start.
1:00 PM	Welcome (10 minutes)	A quick welcome to the first Nottingham User Group and thank you to our sponsors.
1:10 PM	50Service Cloud Console, Mark Ramsell (50 minutes)	We’ll be demoing Salesforce Console for Service, a feature available to organizations that have the old Service Cloud feature license, or the new Service Cloud Lightning license. We’ll be covering Service Console features including tabbed UI, Macros, Knowledge, History and how you can extend the Service Console with your own components, and how other Salesforce features like omni-channel can be used in a Console. Finally, we will give a brief preview of the new Lightning Service Console, which is currently in Beta and offers most of the features of the classic Console, with some nice additions such as the Utility Bar which supports Lightning Components.
2:00 PM	Customer Story - Esendex, Catherine Mayfield (20 minutes)	Cathering will be taking about Esendex and how they are using the Salesforce platform.

2:30 PM	Customer Story - SkyBet, Darren Lees (20 minutes)	Darren will be talking about SkyBet and how they have implemented Service Cloud.
2:50 PM	Conga, Oliver Durham-Winch, Richard Bennion (45 minutes)	Conga will be showcasing Conga ActionGrid, and how this solution gives businesses improved process efficiencies and data insights driving growth and adoption. A data management solution, Conga ActionGrid provides dynamic views so users can see and act on all relevant data from a single screen. Eliminating the need to click through various records or updating permissions one by one. Clean and up to date data is the essential basis for the generation of Enterprise professional grade documents. We will be demoing Conga Composer & Automation covering many use cases, including customer service interactions, quotations, invoices, marketing collateral via letters or emails. Finally, we will show the newly launched Conga Contracts and how this streamlines and accelerates contract negotiations, so you can close deals faster—all without leaving Salesforce.
