50Service Cloud Console, Mark Ramsell (50 minutes)
We’ll be demoing Salesforce Console for Service, a feature available to organizations that have the old Service Cloud feature license, or the new Service Cloud Lightning license. We’ll be covering Service Console features including tabbed UI, Macros, Knowledge, History and how you can extend the Service Console with your own components, and how other Salesforce features like omni-channel can be used in a Console. Finally, we will give a brief preview of the new Lightning Service Console, which is currently in Beta and offers most of the features of the classic Console, with some nice additions such as the Utility Bar which supports Lightning Components.
