It is best to enter UM through the entrance on Stanford Drive and then make the first left onto Levante Ave. (Please see map attached). Drive straight for about one block and you will see the Toppel Career Center on the left and the Pavia Parking Garage on the right.
Please feel free to park on any floor of the Pavia Parking Garage. All vehicles must be parked head-in only. After parking, you can pay to park using PayByPhone and will need to enter your vehicle's license plate during the payment process.

Dave DeMichele is Associate Director, Force.com App Services at Yale University. He has been working in various technical roles in Higher Education for the last 10 years. Dave is currently the leader of the Force.com App Services Team, focused on the strategy, architecture and application development efforts for the Salesforce platform at Yale University. Prior to his current role, Dave was an application architect, serving as a key technologist and thought leader for SaaS/PaaS platforms in support of Yale’s Cloud 1st strategy. Dave is a Salesforce.com certified administrator, certified platform app builder, certified platform developer 1, 2x Trailhead ranger, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University. He has also been a member of the Salesforce Higher Education Advisory Council since 2017.
Luis J Rodriguez is a graduate of Florida International University’s Honors College, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a Juris Doctor degree from FIU’s College of Law. After starting his professional career at FIU in 2005, he has held various positions with the Student Athlete Academic Center (SAAC), The Office of Federal Relations, The Office of Financial Aid, and currently, OneStop Enrollment Management & Services.
Mr. Rodriguez currently serves as the Assistant Director for OneStop, and in this role he oversees the daily operations of the department and supervises full-time and part-time staff. OneStop provides customer service for the areas of Admissions, Registration and Financial Aid, and currently has an average of 1000 interactions per day. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez has been instrumental in the implementation of various University initiatives like MyCourseScheduler, Delegated Access and the Salesforce Implementation for Enrollment Management.
Bonny Hinners is a former Salesforce MVP, now Principal Customer Success Architect at Salesforce.org. She is a Pluralsight author with over 14 years of professional experience building cloud-based applications.
