Jennifer is a member of the Salesforce Customer & Market Insights team, which focuses on amplifying insights that drive product priorities, marketing collateral and go-to-market strategy. She is also responsible for the Salesforce ideation platform, the IdeaExchange, which has delivered more than 2000+ customer-driven ideas to the Salesforce roadmap. Previous roles include designing a variety of customer enablement programs, and serving as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of 40 accounts, helping them drive adoption and success with Salesforce. Prior to her 6 years at Salesforce, Jennifer spent 4 years as a CRM implementation consultant, focused on helping organizations of various sizes in successfully tackling their most complex challenges with Salesforce technology.
As part of the Salesforce Customer & Market Insights team, Scott leads communications for the IdeaExchange Reimagined effort, connecting with customers so they know how they can help influence the Salesforce product roadmap. Previous to Salesforce, Scott held audit, technology and communication roles in the healthcare industry at McKesson, and IT advisory roles at EY.
As part of the Salesforce Customer & Market Insights team, Carly is the product manager for the IdeaExchange. She's focused on building a new IdeaExchange experience, which will allow customers to play a more actionable role in the Salesforce product development process. Carly has been at Salesforce for more than 4 years and previously worked on the Pardot UX team.
