Phil Weinmeister, VP of Product Management at 7Summits, 2x author, and Salesforce MVP, will educate us on Community Cloud in this session. Not currently using Salesforce Communities? No problem! He’ll explain why Communities are relevant to almost every Salesforce customer as he walks through the core aspects of Community Cloud. He’ll touch on some popular features and tools, such as Community Builder, Lightning Bolt, and Audience Targeting. The primary content, however, will be a live demo in which Phil will create a lightning community from scratch that showcases some of these key features. And a bonus — thanks to the Community Cloud team, a number of copies of his new book on Community Cloud will be available (for free) and Phil will be signing books at the end of the evening!
