Nicole's been active in the Salesforce ecosystem for over a decade, which started at Pardot in early 2010. While she was at Pardot, she led the global support team, new hire onboarding, product training and certification, and partner enablement. She was a member of both the ExactTarget acquisition of Pardot and the Salesforce.com acquisition of ExactTarget. She was also a member of top Salesforce Consulting partners based both in the US and Canada. Nicole played a crucial role in Pardot’s growth and market expansion. While at Salesforce, Nicole launched the Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant certification through Salesforce University at Dreamforce 2014. After Salesforce, Nicole lead the marketing automation practice for a large US based Salesforce Consulting group, and then led optimization and adoption for Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud for a Salesforce Consulting practice based in Toronto.
With over 15 years professional experience in a unique combination of public, private and non-profit organizations, Nicole’s background in learning and development, training, onboarding, sales enablement, technology, and operations gives her a holistic perspective when approaching organizational learning situations and challenges. This experience allows Nicole to interface comfortably, with a broad range of clients, including those at the tactical and strategic levels.
Nicole holds a BBA degree from MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University) with a major in Finance and a minor in Business Administration. She completed her master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology at Western Illinois University in May 2014.
