There were a few ohs and ahs at the last user group meeting when we spoke about Engagement Plans and Levels. A handful of people even built a plan and/or level during the meeting. Up next is a working session for you all to make an idea a reality.
What is a working session?!?! A working session is a chance for you to pair up with other Nonprofit Salesforce users and experts with different levels of experience and learn from each other. If your bring a specific question, it's very likely you will leave with some answers, or just come and learn from others. Come one, come all - people with Salesforce questions and those who have some expertise in Salesforce. There will be something for everybody.
