Twitch, the world’s largest online streaming platform, supports Partner Applications in 27 languages all using the Salesforce Lightning Service Console. For our globally distributed team, keeping track of case statuses, properly labeling cases, and communicating with applicants had been an ongoing challenge until we implemented several custom email messaging features.
