Please join us on September 19th for our next Milwaukee Salesforce Administrators User Group meeting.

First we'll unravel the secrets of Service cloud!  MVP Kyla Longe will be joining us to present "Service Cloud 101 - Communities, Knowledge & Omni-Channel", followed by Q&A and additional topics as they arise.  Kyla is an 11-year Salesforce professional across many roles, a former business owner, and has what it takes to improve any company as a Salesforce leader. Since 2013, she has been an annually awarded community contributor, a Salesforce MVP, and her career has intersected the entrepreneurial & Community most recently on the Salesforce Women in Tech and helping to found community events like the WITness Success conference. When not in the Austin HQ office at BigCommerce, she's running, playing drums, or enjoying time with her 5-year-old pup Vinnie.

And we'll close the meeting with the new "Circles of Success" group Q&A. We've been able to 'community-source' ideas and solutions to our members, and feedback has been excellent!  So bring your recent platform puzzlers and let your peers help you deliver awesome new ideas and solutions.
