Agenda

1. Review ideas for presentations and allocate them to events.
   
2. Organise the event helpers, promotion audiovisual and survey committees.
   
3. Discuss who can help lead each event.
   
4. Discuss event sponsorship opportunities.
   
5. Discuss event planning.
   

The main thing is that we get together and start getting 2019 organised. There are lots of opportunities for involvement. Feel free to put your name on something and make it yours. Always remember that the group is full of awesome people that are ready to help and support. Also throughout the year on the last Wednesday of the month, we get together for an online group leadership planning meeting to chat about upcoming events.
