Using these insights, marketers can personalise the customer experience at scale by providing the next best actions or offers for each customer on their preferred channel and at the right time. In this session, we'll get hands-on and take a look under the hood to see what it takes to implement Interaction Studio and how it interfaces with other Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder and Email Studio. Lachlan Ross has spent the last 3.5 years at Salesforce designing marketing automation solutions for small and large corporations all over Australia. Prior to joining Salesforce, Lachlan's career included roles in Software Architecture, Engineering and Management in Melbourne, UK and California.
