Join us to continue discovering the marketing evolution with Jim Williams and Vladimir Silak who will lead a discussion on what is a customer data platform (CDP), why you need one and how to create an enterprise-grade solution with Salesforce. Next, we will review the strengths of Marketing Cloud and Pardot for multi-channel communications. Then wrap up with Q&A to discuss your questions.

Presentations will contain a mix of content that will be of interest to both users and developers alike.
