This time around we have three speakers for you! First up is KC Fonzi from Salesforce, who will brief you on the NPSP. Next up we have Michelle Sheppard, who will be talking about how to create safe and welcoming spaces. Wyan will be up to his usual admin tips and tricks, this time he'll be talking through how to mark a Salesforce user as a key relationship manager for a donor.

About this event

This time around we have three speakers for you! First up is KC Fonzi from Salesforce, who will brief you on the background of the NPSP (currently in Version 3), update you on key features, best practices and optimisation ideas. This session will also cover what's new at Salesforce for NFP's. KC is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Salesforce with a particular focus on Fundraising and the NFP Sector. KC has over a decade of experience working for NFPs and Universities in the US and is passionate about helping charities to transform the way they do business, to serve their mission, their donors, and the recipients of their noble causes.
Next up we have Michelle Sheppard, one of our intrepid co-leaders, who will be talking about how to create safe and welcoming spaces for clients, supporters and colleagues.
Finally Wyan will be up to his usual admin tips and tricks, this time he'll be talking through how to link records in Salesforce and why you'd bother. For example how to mark a Salesforce user as a key relationship manager for a donor.
