So we all know that Salesforce can do some great things for fundraisers, but not for profits do so much more than just fundraise and many not for profits don't fundraise at all. So what else is Salesforce capable of? This time we thought we'd focus on the amazing and diverse things not for profits do to change the world and learn how some not for profits use Salesforce to be more effective with their mission work. Whether it's using standard functionality like service cloud, choosing apps to run volunteer programs or using custom development to do something unique, not for profits are pushing the limits on what's possible with Salesforce, so come along and learn how they do it.
The Abbotsford Convent will give an overview of how they utilise Salesforce to manage over 100 tenants occupying rooms within the historic buildings onsite. Campaigns, Cases and several custom objects all make this possible within Salesforce.

How Can We Help?
Bring your questions! The Melbourne Nonprofit User Group is a mix of Fundraisers, Salesforce users, Salesforce professionals, and Salesforce Partners. Chances are that someone in the room will know the answer to your question, so we'll have time to open the floor for you to bring your Salesforce problem to be solved. At 5:30pm we'll move the conversation to a local venue for a drink, venue to be confirmed.
