Creating great experiences using Salesforce Communities
Whether you plan, or have, an employee, partner, or customer community, your users’ expectations are high for any site they visit. This presentation discusses how to approach the design of your customers experience. Discuss different methods used in each phase of the review (e.g., planning canvas, voice of the customer, benchmarking, design, and metrics).
Overview of how to use wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to help test and validate your solution. And finally review how to achieve your desired user experience using Salesforce Communities.
The goal of all of this is to understand where you want to be, where you are currently in that journey, and how to measure success.
