Creating great experiences using Salesforce Communities	Whether you plan, or have, an employee, partner, or customer community, your users’ expectations are high for any site they visit. This presentation discusses how to approach the design of your customers experience. Discuss different methods used in each phase of the review (e.g., planning canvas, voice of the customer, benchmarking, design, and metrics). Overview of how to use wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to help test and validate your solution. And finally review how to achieve your desired user experience using Salesforce Communities. The goal of all of this is to understand where you want to be, where you are currently in that journey, and how to measure success.
The Kronos Community Journey	In 2016, Kronos migrated from a home-grown web support portal to the Salesforce Community Cloud. Hear about that migration, the lessons learned from the launch, how we got where we are, and where (we think) we’re going with our 50,000+ member community.
