Ingredients

4 Large Eggs

1 tsp Butter

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Green Bell Pepper

¼ Onion (substitute with Green onion)

1 Small clove of Garlic (substitute with roasted garlic)

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 Slice of American Cheese (substitute with any of your favorite melting cheese)

¼ Cup Salsa (substitute with Picante Sauce mild or hot)

1 tsp of Salt

1 tsp Green or Red chilis (If you like spicy)

1 Avocado
