Beat off those January Blues with our first meet up of 2018.

 

We'll be joined by two amazing ladies, from Somebody Inside, to share their secrets to changing our relationship with the Crazy Lady Inside.

 

Everyone has a voice in their heads that holds them back. Some call it the Inner Critic, we like to go with the Crazy Lady. When we get to know her better, we can shift our reaction to her anxiety and panic and make different choices. We can start to realise that our thoughts are not the truth. Once we truly get our heads around that, life opens up in technicolour. Unlocking our relationship with the voice inside that holds us back is at the heart of creating the life we want.
