Rob is the Senior Salesforce Developer at the Bank of Montreal's Global Asset Management Group. He has worked in a variety of industries on multiple platforms, the last 8 years of which being Salesforce roles with both end users and consulting partners. He's also fond of coding for 30-year-old computers.

FSL not to be mistaken for Field level security is the fast-growing product in the history of Salesforce and sits within Service Cloud. The session is around what is Field service Lightning and how we can work with IOT and other technologies to improve both cost & customer service within the business. As all projects start with Config we soon realize the full potential when we add code.
