October Dev Meetup

Oct 17, 2018, 5:00 – 8:00 PM

We should have 2 great talks for you; One on Invocable Methods and the second on Unit Tests. @DUGOrganisers

About this event

Another two great speakers this month;

1) Amnon Kruvi - Invocable methods

What are invocable methods, and why should you use them? We'll go through the steps of building functionality that declarative administrators can change and control, while still providing complex features that can only be built in Apex.

2) Rob Baillie - Unit Tests as Documentation

When is a test more than just a test? When it’s living documentation for the intended behaviour of your system.

We’ll explore ways you can assess your tests as documentation and explore some practices that will help improve their readability, in turn increasing their accuracy and value.

Reading other people’s tests can be horrific, and whilst we can’t promise that reading *yours* will become a joy, hopefully we can make it less painful
