About this event

The first chance in 2013 to catch up with everyone in the London Salesforce developer community.  There'll be a few short talks, lots of socialising and plenty of pizza and drinks.

Schedule

6pm - Doors open - socialise over pizza and drinks (thanks to Make Positive)
7pm - Talks & discussions
8pm - Local bar or hang out in Make Positive

Talks:

Rob Cowel will be showing application development accross three-clouds (Heroku, forcedotcom, IrisCouch) using Play Framework, CouchDB and more.

John Stevenson will be talking about "Hack the Tower" hackathon, Salesforce workshops and other learning resources.  As many developers are finding the forcedotcom, it would really be interested in hearing about your experiences, as well as tips from existing developers on how to get started.

In the News:

Lots of exciting things are happening in the Salesforce world, especially with the spring release of the forcedotcom platform just around the corner (end of January 2013).

The first third of the Salesforce & Heroku playbook has been released and there are other books on development around Heroku coming out this year.

Its never been a better time to get involved in developing with the cloud.  Hope to see you there.  If you are new, then let me know and I will be happy to introduce you around.

Thank you.

John Stevenson
