We start our journey on Salesforce data analytics by discussing two core aspects to be addressed in any Salesforce implementation: choosing the appropriate metrics and how to measure your results.

In this first event we will use standard Salesforce features but in future ones we'll introduce Einstein Analytics and Discovery.
