This is going to be an informal, virtual chat, but we do have some ideas in mind for great topics to discuss, and--spoiler alert--we are already planning the next meeting, so be sure to join us for this one to contribute your suggestions! Here are some of the topics we would love to hear about from you during our coffee break:

• What’s your favorite source of motivation, encouragement or comic relief right now?
• How is your company coping/continuing to provide value to customers?
• Where are you at in the forming, storming, norming, performing process? (Tuckman’s model)
• What are the strategies for resilience that you are practicing/recommending for others?
• Are you learning any new skills?
• Have you learned anything about yourself, your family, your company as a result of this?
