Osama has been working in cloud computing space and have had roles ranging from fullstack developer to release manager to senior architect. He was responsible for defining the overall structure of programs. Acted as project manager overseeing projects which were aimed at improving the business, and ensuring all parts of the project run smoothly.
He has been responsible for defining the program strategy and delivery plans for various projects. Most of these projects aim at improving client's business processes to add efficiency and profitability. From the projects point of view, he focuses on understanding the boost that clients' businesses want and help clients in achieving it through implementations fully supported by my technical expertise.
After working in consulting firms across multiple industries and in in-house teams of organizations, he spent a lot of time in liaising with people from different backgrounds, from management to designers and programmers to ensure the project meets the needs of the organisation and the people who'll be using it.
Some of the key tasks he performs on daily bases are not limited to:
• Identifying the organisation's needs
• Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks
• Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research
• Finalizing plans with the client
• Explaining to designers and developers what's required and overseeing the progress
• Producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project
• Advising the client on managing future IT needs
He has interest in shaping the future using latest technology in IoT space. He is an active contributor/problem solver in Salesforce ecosystem. Being a Salesforce passionate he also volunteers in SFDC events to contribute and help the community.
