Whether we realize it or not, we desire to influence others around us. Perhaps we have an idea for improving the usability of Salesforce, or maybe we’re trying to gain buy-in for a product and project. Whatever the reason, our ability to influence others is essential. Stories tap into emotions, make ideas memorable, and create a clear understanding. In this session, we’ll work through the critical elements of creating meaningful stories.
