Perhaps we have an idea for improving the usability of Salesforce, or maybe we’re trying to gain buy-in for a product and project. Whatever the reason, our ability to influence others is essential. Stories tap into emotions, make ideas memorable, and create a clear understanding. In this session, we’ll work through the critical elements of creating meaningful stories.
