New group applications open from Oct 1st through Oct 31st

Kansas City User Group meeting - 9/14/18

Sep 14, 2018, 4:00 – 7:00 PM

Salesforce User Group, Kansas City, United States

Join us for not 1, but 2 MVP presentations! Phil Weinmeister will be promoting his new book on Communities (free copies for all who attend!), and Nick Lindberg will be talking about NPSP! Plus open floor conversation, and lunch provided by Jitterbit!

About this event

Jitterbit will be presenting their full iPaaS solution, Jitterbit Harmony, and how companies can leverage Jitterbit to automate business processes and create an API driven integration architecture without coding. Additionally, they will address the differences between the Jitterbit Cloud Dataloader and Jitterbit Harmony.

Nick will introduce the KC User Group to the world of Salesforce.org. The presentation will focus on two key elements - what Salesforce.org does and the apps that make Salesforce.org a force in the entire Salesforce ecosystem. We'll demo examples of how Nonprofits and High Education Orgs are using Salesforce using the apps made by the Salesforce Ecosystem.

Phil will introduce the audience to Lightning communities and Community Builder, sharing not only how relevant lightning communities are for the majority of Salesforce users, but how fun it is to build a Lightning community. I will create a community as part of a live demo and showcase some of the more interesting and applicable features that are now available for Lightning communities.
