Salesforce Integration Case Study with Rick Esser. Rick will showcase a couple of integrations that he's implemented relating to the student admissions process. Some of the tools we will be covering are apex code based REST Web Services, custom objects and custom settings.

Rick Esser is a Salesforce administrator, platform developer, business analyst, project manager and implementation manager. He currently hold 6 Salesforce certifications. He also has previous CRM experience with IBM Sales Connect (Sugar CRM) and an array of technical and leadership skills from his previous career with IBM.
