Jen Lunde joined Ledgent Technology in April 2015 as Branch Manager. In this role, she is responsible for managing daily operations of the Orange County Ledgent Technology team, which includes Business Solutions Managers and Technical Recruiters who perform recruitment and sourcing of top talent, and support the needs of our diverse client base. Jen brings over ten years of recruitment, sales, business development and management experience to her role including working for large, global staffing firms. Within the staffing industry, she has specialized in helping clients of all sizes with locating talent within Application Development, IT Infrastructure, Web Development and Creative/Digital job classifications. Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and actively supports her community through volunteering with organizations such as Working Wardrobes in Orange County, California.
