At our March meeting we'll have a presentation from Ramana Metlapalli on Segmenting your Market and Selecting Targets. Through a series of examples from across industries, the talk will go over how companies divide a market into segments and target ones where they enjoy an advantage. For the 2nd half of the meeting we'll split up into small groups for Round Table Discussions.
