Danielle is responsible for enabling the Insurance Financial Services vertical delivery team by ensuring best practices are followed. She lends her expertise and experience in Insurance Technology to share creative solutions and training
Her track record includes leading companies to successfully launching new technology products and channels, implementing strategic customer engagement initiatives and creating optimized business operation processes to align with technology that help companies achieve their goals.
Danielle is a senior consultant and SME in integrating cross cloud functionality to help her clients increase customer engagement and achieve a 360 view of their customer. She has extensive experience in customer lifecycle management and customer engagement in both B2B and B2C channels.
Danielle lends her talents to the global business community as an expert in Salesforce. She has received the honor of recognition as a Salesforce MVP in 2019 and 2020, and Marketing Champion 2020. Danielle has served as a Salesforce Trailblazer Community leader since 2008. She develops education sessions, speaks at many conferences including Dreamforce and serves on the active board for Florida Dreamin’. She recently started the Insurance Trailblazer group, bringing together the constituents of the vertical to share best practices.
