Join Mike Reynolds as he explains how you can use flow to extend your Assignment rules.  See a real business use case of a real estate company that needed to route cases to queues for over 1,000 specific buildings. New buildings are frequently added, and with a simple flow the admins can sit back and relax. Come for the SWAG, stay for the knowledge.

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner for Salesforce Admins: a brief overview about the test, what is covered on the test, why you may want to sit for the test. Brian studied for a couple of months, with true studying for about 3 weeks.

Pi-TaP serves primarily mothers and their teenaged children. We also serve adults in transition. We offer them training in Salesforce, Autodesk and entrepreneurship. We do this in person by creating a safe, supportive environment where each participant can feel comfortable taking risks, making "mistakes," and thus growing personally and professionally. Over the course of 10 months, we guide participants through a profound life-altering change because by the end of the program, they not only see themselves a tech professionals, but they can also articulate how they can give back and assist others along that monumental journey.
