3:45 PM	A Document’s Role in Your Sales Process	Is your company's selling process meeting your buyers' expectations? Today, many companies have allocated time and dollars on backend systems to better track customers and leads - but fall short of using these investments to improve their customers' buying experience. Octiv (now part of Conga!) makes it easier create, share, sign and store the customer-facing documents throughout your sales process using data from your Salesforce org. Octiv is also a local software company located in downtown Indianapolis and was recently acquired by Conga.
4:00 PM	Visual Flows: Not Just Step-by-step Screens, Kyle Moseley	How to handle complex business logic without writing code. Objectives:1. Users will learn how to call a flow from a Process Builder2. Users will have basic understanding what variables are and how to use them.3. Users will have a basic understanding of the various elements inside a Visual Flow.4. Users will understand a few use cases where these can be implemented. When most people think of Visual Flows, they are thinking of creating user input screens or that the only way they can be used is with user input. Visual Flows have for more capability than most Salesforce Users realize. Admins and Developers can handle quite a bit of complex business knowledge WITHOUT WRITING CODE! Now, I am not saying that Visual Flows can replace Apex completely, but this powerful tool can help you avoid writing code or accomplish a task when you have no access to a Developer. During this session we will cover a few use cases where you could write APEX but will accomplish the same thing by utilizing Process Builder / Flow to accomplish the same task.
