ScreenSteps makes Salesforce training more sticky.Sometimes, when employees are trained on Salesforce, there is a disconnect—they’re confused about how to incorporate Salesforce into their daily workflow. We have a cloud app that helps users connect the dots during training so they will use Salesforce correctly after training. When they do, Salesforce will give you a bigger bang for your buck. Salesforce Admins and Managers are so busy running the show that they don’t have time to really train end users. They end up pasting a few screenshots in a Word doc or putting out fires as they happen. So we made some tools that make it really simple for SMEs to create training materials and put on a training session for any occasion—whether its rolling out a new implementation, onboarding new hires, or doing a follow-up training. With a great training plan, users get the support they need to do their job right.Jonathan coaches Salesforce trainers (often Accidental Trainers) who are preparing to train end-users. The methodologies that he promotes come from instructional technology best practices, the latest behavior research, and his experiences as a CPA, part-time teacher, and IT trainer.Jonathan lives near Charlotte, NC with his wife and 3 children.
