As we all gear up for TDX India 2019, WE , the Trailblazer community along with Salesforce are organising a community walk/run for a social cause in the lead up to the BIG event on Dec 19th. Recent unfortunate incident of #Disha should never happen again & we decided to make generous donations towards an NGO called sayfty.com as they work for women’s safety and empowerment.

We all know TrailheaDX, Salesforce’s premium Conference is happening in india for the first time outside the US.The theme of the Conference or any Salesforce gathering for that matter is “Learn”, “Connect”, “Giveback” and “Have Fun”, while the learning, having fun and building connections are just waiting for you all on Dec 19th, the Indian Trailblazer Community wanted to give back to the society that we are living, in our own capacity.Thats when we decided that we will all run for not one but two cause on Dec 15th.
1. We will run for our Nature
2. We will run for the Nature’s most beautiful creation, our women.
While there is an NGO which will plant trees for every run completion, we are also looking at donating a substantial amount to preserving our women’s safety and empowerment.
Why?
The recent rape and murder of one of our own has reiterated how helpless and exposed are our women to different dangers prevailing in the society that we are living in, so we want to support an NGO - sayfty.com and they work for women’s safety and empowerment.
This good deed that Trailblazer Community are doing will be recognised and highlighted at TDX India 2019 !
Let’s all unite together and help build a safer place!
