Kathleen Lueckeman is chief innovation officer at Maryville University, where she leads its enterprise-wide implementation of Service Cloud, Communities, Pardot, Einstein Analytics and Social Studio. Maryville, a pioneer in the system-wide implementation of Salesforce for the complete student lifecycle, uses the platform to improve communications, enhance service, and automate processes to improve the constituent experience. Prior to working at Maryville, she worked at Salesforce.org as director of Higher Education Industry Strategy, and she formerly worked at Wayne State University, leading its CRM initiative. While at Wayne State, she was named the first higher education Salesforce MVP, and she held the first Higher Ed Summit before Salesforce.org officially adopted it. Kathy serves as the PI for the Enterprise Application Solution for Yield, a free application for admission that was open-sourced by Maryville through the generosity of a Salesforce.org Force for Change Grant. Active in the community, Kathy is as past chair of the Salesforce.org Higher Education Advisory Council, moderates Higher Ed Office Hours each month and serves as user group leader for the Higher Education User Group.
