As it is November, we have put together a "firecracker" of an evening (sorry couldn't resist). We have 4 guest speakers from a range of Salesforce backgrounds. They will all talking about the theme of the evening - FEEDBACK! It is also the first time that all the speakers are female. We are really excited about the evening as we believe the it will be one of the best so far!
We have put a provisional agenda together. Talk titles, talk synopses, and profiles will follow shortly, but we wanted to start advertising this evening as soon as possible.

Enabling partners to develop and market next generation applications
I joined Salesforce in Jan 05 as a Senior Applications Instructor. I worked with on customers implementations designing and delivering end user training programmes. In between projects I delivered both the ADM201 and ADM301. July 2011 I changed my focus and I took on the role as a Success Manager where I am still today. I am responsible for ensuring the accounts in my Portfolio, around 160 are using Salesforce to its full advantage.
Mel is a hands-on trailblazer and has been administrating Salesforce since 2010 predominately in the B2B space for the events industry. Over the past 3 years she has transformed a legacy org, led GDPR compliance, (#whyadminsdrink), and transitioned the business to Lightning. Prior roles have pivoted around data from 1st and 2nd line support, SQL developer and DBA, to managing a team of self-confessed Salesforce cheerleaders! Mel is constantly researching ways to utilise the platform to provide innovative solutions for her end users. She is a Trailhead Ranger, has gained 4 Salesforce certifications in the past 12 months, and has embarked on the journey to CTA (albeit a long way to go!)
Georgie joined Simon Says in 2014. Georgie trained as a teacher and graduated from Winchester University with a BA (Hons) in Education and English but started her career in the corporate world.
Georgie is now responsible for the day to day running and growth of Simon Says and has taken the volunteers under her wing.
I have been working at Salesforce since September 2018 where I joined the AppExchange UK ISV team as a Senior ISV Partner Account Manager.
I have spent over 15 years in B2B Software Sales acting as a trusted advisor to my clients and partners and worked for Red Hat (now part of IBM), SiriusDecisions (now part of Forrester) prior to joining Salesforce.
I am originally from Switzerland - French speaking - hence I love good cheese and chocolates!
