Running Salesforce Data Loader from the command line and why	Using data loader to load integrate salesforce with backend systems for free
Salesforce Adaptive methodology	Salesforce Adaptive is a hybrid methodology which blends planned development (waterfall) and emergent development (Agile). The particular blend that is chosen for a particular project depends on a number of project-specific factors hence the name Adaptive. This talk will discuss these factors and I will draw on my experience of using Adaptive on a specific Salesforce project plus my experience of using other similar hybrid methodologies on other Salesforce projects.

Experiences of a migration to LEX	Recently Meggitt migrated from Classic to the Lightning Experience. The opportunity was taken to review and reduce clutter, clean out old record type, page layouts and to develop a standardised set of Lightning Record Pages. During this talk Richard will discuss the approaches taken and some of the pitfalls and benefits of the refreshed org.
Salesforce on a Shoestring: Adventures in pro bono work	Salesforce.org donated licenses allow small charities to get access to the platform at no cost. Licenses are the first step on the road to success, but every successful implementation needs a little more than licenses. Hear about one person’s journey of introducing Salesforce to a small voluntary organisation. Discover the pitfalls and lessons learnt about developing, administering, evangelising and maximising Salesforce with limited resources. Learn where to begin in the world of non-profits and how to take your first steps in to pro bono work.
