6:00 PM	Arrival, networking and drinks	Help yourself to a glass of wine or a beer. Introduce yourself to people and start chatting.
6:30 PM	Introduction, Sean Dukes	Kicking everything off for our second meeting.
6:35 PM	Leanne Harkin : Train the trainer	Leanne Harkin will be joining us to share her experience as a certified Salesforce Instructor on the process of Train the Trainer. Hear the both the benefits and things to be aware of when choosing this option, the different approaches you can take, what to look for in your team and a framework for designing a delivering your content.
6:55 PM	John Quayle : Eliciting Tacit Knowledge from Unconsciously Competent People	In this talk John will walk through an example of how a simple state diagram can be a powerful tool when eliciting requirements from people who are “unconsciously competent”. He will then show how this can be used to build validation within your Salesforce app.
7:10 PM	Break	Time to recharge your glass if you're feeling thirsty.
1% spotlight with First Bite Community Kitchen	Debbie and Mary will be talking about the work they do at FirstBite. This ranges from running a community café, to educating parents and children in schools to providing delicious food to the Hampshire user group. They want to talk about how you can get involved, through volunteering or sponsoring community events.
7:35 PM	Paul Cambell-Balcombe : Enterprise Architecture	Paul will be discussing the changing use and character of business software, and how it is possible to tie technology to business goals, regardless of the complexity of your organisation, with Enterprise Architecture principals.
7:55 PM	Would I lie to you? Spring release special with Sean Dukes, Tasha Wellstead and Luke Kozakewycz	The idea here is that we tell you about all the new features in Spring 18. Except that some of them won't be. See if you can spot what's in and what isn't. There will be prizes to be won. The more you know, the better your chances of winning. Start mugging up now!
