His primary responsibilities include design of new functionality within the Salesforce ecosystem. He also manages Salesforce.com training and onboarding for the Codman Specialty Surgical division and additional special projects. He has previously held positions with Merck & Co., Bristol-Myers Squibb and Internet Creations. Rich is a Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, Dell Boomi Process Developer and Google Suite Administrator.
Mat Kennedy is Partner Enablement Manager at OwnBackup. He has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for the last 10 years and has presented at World Tour events, TrailheaDX and Dreamforce. As a co-leader of the Salesforce Hamilton Admin User Group he is very involved in the Community and happy to connect on LinkedIn or Twitter.
Howard brings a level of enthusiasm and understanding to the geeky world of technology. In addition to his responsibilities as the Director of Product at Internet Creations, he is a seasoned presenter/speaker, an avid photographer, music composer and all around groovy human. Howard is a member of the Lightning Champions program.
