Apsona is a data management tool that lives right in your Salesforce instance-- no downloading, remembering passwords, etc. When you want to use it, it's the click of a tab away! Many of us feel that we can't really make good use of our Salesforce without Apsona! Sridhar, the app's developer, will come online to present an overview of Apsona for Salesforce, beginning with a User Interface tour highlighting its grid and console views, cross-object filtering, mass email, mass update and add-to-campaign features. We'll then look at creating a few different kinds of reports, showing how to extract data in ways not possible with native Salesforce reporting.
