Every release that comes out -- three times a year -- Salesforce fixes bugs, brings out enhancements, and offers new and exciting functionality to our Salesforce organizations. They also prepare the longest slideshow in the history of business presentations, covering everything. What we've done is to pare the 120 slides down to what looks like a manageable batch of changes to the system that excite us, or cause us to issue warnings...Changes to Volunteers for Salesforce, for example, may require an update from our admins' side.
