Lightning has been with us for a few years now but many charities are still to take the plunge. Come along and hear from Simon Driscoll who has helped many non-profits roll out Lightning successfully and learn about the benefits it can bring to your many stakeholders. One not to be missed!

Ciaran Hayden will speak about how he has worked with many non-profits to improve operational procedures using Salesforce and how important defining clear outcomes are when it comes to measuring success, monitoring and evaluating your work. He will talk through some examples so you can really put things into perspective.
