Email Deliverability Best Practices for Salesforce
47.7% of all emails sent today are spam. How do email service providers learn how to detect spam and defend against it? Like a credit score, an “email sender reputation” is used to rank email senders based on trustworthiness. The higher your email “credit score” is, the more likely it is that your emails will be delivered. The lower your “credit score” is, the more likely it is that they will never even be seen.
But how can you control your email sender reputation?
If you have a poor email sender reputation, you could be sending out emails to no one at all. MassMailer’s email deliverability features provide comprehensive solutions to defeat many common issues. From detecting spam traps to tracking your engagement, the MassMailer platform provides everything you need to create a successful marketing campaign.

Case Study - a complete solution for an educational establishment
Citywise Education is an educational charity working with at-risk youths in Jobstown, Tallaght to encourage their participation in school and improve their performance, with a view to keeping them in the educational system for as long as possible, even up to 3rd level.
Their Salesforce implementation is a complete solution for an educational establishment and takes a 360 degrees view of every student: their family (Household) details, Educational history (Primary, Secondary, 3rd Level), their requirements for help with Subjects, their Enrollment into courses/classes, their Attendance (sessions & hours) and their Assessment results. It also tracks Payments due/made for enrollments, manages requests for Vacations for Staff and Volunteers, prevents duplicate enrollments, etc.
It is based on Lightning UI and it uses tools accessible to all SF Admins: Quick Actions, Process Builder, Approvals Process, and a couple of affordable packages from the AppExchange.
