6:30 PM	Nibbles	Come early for some nibbles at lunch time
General Introduction to the user group and its function	Introductions and a quick catch up to see where people are at and to talk about the group and how we see it perating
7:15 PM	Presentation on Lightning	Input on new features in Salesforce including a demonstration on lightning and its benefits. We will show you lightning in action and talk to you about a strategy to start moving your organisation to Lightning. (Elizabeth Kelly & Eamon Stack)
8:00 PM	Case study	Breda Flood - Toward Healing - how to get 700 counsellors to login and use the Towards Healing CRM system.
8:30 PM	Useful Tools for not for profits	Input on some useful tools for Not for profits including a demonstration of Trailhead and other NFP tools that are free or at a reduced cost for Charities. (Tricia Nolan)
