Is it true Salesforce is free for nonprofits? What exactly IS Salesforce? What is the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack? What tools and resources are out there to learn how to use Salesforce? In this workshop Jacki and Joseph will address all of these topics, cover the basics of Salesforce, explore use cases for Salesforce in nonprofit organizations, and answer questions ranging from first steps to specific troubleshooting from attendees. Whether you are a current nonprofit Salesforce user or are just interested in learning more, all nonprofit professionals with an interest in Salesforce are welcome.
