We will discuss how to increase productivity with Activity Management and do some hands-on exercises!With the hands-on exercises you will learn how to:- Create a List View with a Filter to show Contacts with Activities logged the last two weeks- Add custom fields to Activities/Tasks- Create a report to show Contacts with no activity logged in the last two weeks
