Abstract:
Ask any marketer (Hell, any revenue team) what their biggest challenge is and they’ll tell you “Generating leads.” But I think it goes beyond that. Generating quality leads AND turning those leads into paying customers is the real challenge. Because, at the end of the day, sales and marketing are in the rain-making business, so if our leads never become anything more, then we’re not doing our jobs.
So what makes generating leads and turning them into customers so hard for B2B organizations? For 90% of them, it comes down to this: you don’t have a marketing + sales system to guide leads into being customers. That’s what this talk is about. Showing you a foundational system you can borrow, modify and implement so you can actually deliver value beyond the top of the funnel.
