I have been working with Salesforce in various roles since 2005. I am an accidental admin and self-taught myself the ins and outs of Salesforce.com. I have been a Salesforce.com solo admin, project manager and consultant. I have two certifications - Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant. When I am not working with Salesforce, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my golden retriever, Bentley, and wheeling in my Jeep Wrangler!
